Tepet Tilis Yasumasa is an elder Senator of the House Tepet caucus in the Deliberative. Yasumasa is daughter of the deceased Tepet Paiza, and served under her mother's command in the 9th Imperial Legion alongside young Tepet Chotei, Tepet Hojosun, and Tepet Mallon, the latter of whom she eventually wed. While not oft cited for her tactical brilliance, Yasumasa served well in many battles including the Siege of High Spiral.

Yasumasa rose to the rank of Dragonlord, serving as second in command when Chotei was appointed strategoi upon Paiza's death, and retiring shortly after he did as Mallon was promoted to command. In the Deliberative, she has remained a loyal lieutenant of the Tepet caucus chair.

Yasumasa has served for several terms as the Greater Chamber's Incorruptible Secretary over the years she has held her seat in the Deliberative. While not the same heated rivalry as seen between Senators Ledaal Yashiva and Ragara Jintao (which has meant both those senators hold the Secretary post only rarely) she had competed with the now-retired Mnemon Behal. Behal was widely regarded as more thorough and detail-oriented, and secured the majority of elections, but when the Deliberative's mood shifted to looser and more poetic accounting Yasumasa took the fore. She last served from RY752 to RY764, when she lost the post to Behal in the wake of the brawl which saw senator V'neef Lucen slay senator Tepet Serekan.
