Earth aspected elder of House Ragara Senator in the Deliberative, and one of the ‘triumvir whips’ of the Ragara caucus, along with Ragara Agares and Ragara Leril. Like many Ragara, does not trust House Ledaal, and especially dislikes Ledaal Yashiva, with whom he has maintained a long and vicious rivalry in the Greater Chamber and beyond. His nickname, 'The Ox', was granted due to his stubborn disposition, refusing to shift his position no matter what opposition (or, many might say, evidence) he faces... unlike his rival Yashiva, who gleefully embraced being titled 'the Gnat', Jintao considers his nickname a severe insult.

Jintao enjoys hot and spicy foods.

Jintao is the younger brother of Ragara Banoba, and father to Ragara Haiqing and Ragara Haifeng, amongst others, and grandfather to a large brood including Ragara Abashen.
