Former ‘leader’ of the Yellow Banner Young Turks. Killed an elder House Tepet senator during a Deliberative brawl in 765, and was exiled to the West. Lucen still holds a Senate seat, though he cannot legally reach the Greater Chamber to cast his vote. At present he is a resident of Wu Jian.
