Sesus Volstagg

Sesus Chenow Volstagg is an unExalted Dynast serving in the 4th Imperial Legion, as talonlord commanding the 1st Dragon 2nd Wing 2nd Talon. He comes from a poor-bred line of House Sesus in Eagle Prefecture, where his wife resides to this day along with a vast brood of children, of which Volstagg will speak glowingly at infinite length should any bring up the subject.

Volstagg is well into middle age, a time when the skills of mortal warriors begin to fade, and yet his swordarm remains strong and his skills commendable. Those naysayers who speak that his transfer to the 4th Imperial Legion from the 25th Imperial Legion a decade ago was due to drunkeness and cowardice are certainly fools, the senior officers of House Tepet were plainly biased against those from House Sesus under their command! Besides, there is no greater pleasure than to eat and drink, and no form of dueling more proper than the drinking contest.

Volstagg is a friend and henchman of Sesus Septimus, the two having met along with Cynis Fandral and Peleps Hogun aboard the ship carrying Septimus from the House of Bells to his new post in the 4th Legion, and Volstagg back to his duties following a leave to visit his family on the Isle.

In the Campaign against the Anathema-Voivode, Volstagg served in several battles, notably the Hunt for the Great Bear, Battle of the Thisian Bridge, and [[Battle on the Wall of Ice ]]. For his performance in the campaign, Volstagg was elevated from the rank of scalelord in the 10th Dragon to talonlord of the 1st Dragon 2nd Wing 2nd Talon.

He attended the Gala of Radiant Champions Triumphant on RY768 DE23, where he claims to have 'felled three Cathak Dynasts with a single punch'. He also attended the Grand Salon of Ascendant Ever-Victorious Heroism on RY768 AW23.
