Peleps Hogun is an unExalted Dynast serving in the 4th Imperial Legion, as scalelord commanding the 1st Dragon 2nd Wing 2nd Talon 2nd Scale. He comes from a poor-bred line of House Peleps dwelling in the town of Old Hilltop in Locust Spire Prefecture. His parents continue to reside there, along with his wife and a single son.

Hogun is a serious, some might say dour, officer, dedicated to his duty in the 4th Imperial Legion. Before the 4th, Hogun had served ten years in the 23rd Imperial Legion in Greyfalls, but was transferred to the 4th in RY762, under circumstances Hogun has not chosen to discuss.

Hogun is a friend and henchman of Sesus Septimus, the two having met along with Sesus Volstagg and Cynis Fandral aboard the ship carrying Septimus from the House of Bells to his new post in the 4th Legion, and Hogun back to his duties following a leave to visit his family on the Isle. .
