Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents
The exclusive Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents in the Imperial City ends its tradition of accepting only students from families within the Scarlet Prefecture, a decision protested by many alumni and parents with students in attendance. Outsiders so accepted are Ledaal Shinjo. Ragara Thannak-Tyros, Sesus Septimus, Tepet Sorae, & V'neef Cejanis. Other students accepted are Mnemon Palima, Sesus Bulgo, Tepet Tepetus, & V'neef Juyi. The death of headmaster Telogo Dandanum midway through the year sees the appointment of Mnemon Dnares to the role, and acceptance of outsider attendance is immediately rescinded, though no students are expelled. Ledaal Taledii and his ally Mnemon Savar dominate student politics at the school.
