Sesus Alon Padaris is a male Fire-aspected Senator of the House Sesus Deliberative caucus. He is twin brother of Sesus Valtor, Minister of Education in the Thousand Scales.
Padaris has interests and allies in the construction and mining industries of the Blessed Isle, and many speak of corruption… but such a baseless accusation is laughable. His voting record bears out that he has long supported august policies such as additions and renovations to the infrastructure of the Realm ‘so that our Isle and its people might live secure and supported here at Creation’s heart’, and the fact that related contracts land in the hands of friends and allies is merely because the Senator is a discerning judge of talent and character so that his associates are inevitably the best suited to take up such important tasks in service of the Realm. He has also long called for stable and increased funding to the Thousand Scales, particularly for the purpose of ‘safeguarding and building the knowledge of our younger generations to ensure their Enlightenment and our continued prosperity’. That such funding reaches his twin brother’s ministry, and that his brother’s ministerial post might have influence in Scales decisions on award of contracts, is surely coincidental.
