Zaci

Second-born of Ilithya-Lura and brother to Cybele Patron of Motherly Love, Zaci is god of Fatherly Care within the Bureau of Heaven’s Department of Abstract Matters. He bears the shape of a dragon-headed man with a long, luxurious moustache, clad in heavy armour of Jade and Orichalc.

Zaci is more severe in nature than his elder sister Cybele, possessing significant martial prowess and serving as the guardian of the palace of the Daimyo of Birth in addition to his duties within the Division of Birth itself.

He is also able to translate the wordless scream of his mother-mistress, but he seldom does so, instead keeping himself to the outer chambers and surrounding grounds. In contrast to Cybele, Zaci punishes his servants when they fail a task given by him, and offers praise only rarely.

Like his elder sister, Zaci does not like the fact his mistress has made an alliance with the destructive gods of pestilence and war, but unlike the Patron of Motherly Love, he openly shows his disdain to his daimyo-mother and such guests when they choose to meet.
