Ragara Calel Leril is an Earth-aspected Senator of House Ragara's Deliberative caucus, one of the ‘three Triumvirs who lead it (along with Ragara Jintao and Ragara Agares. Daughter of Ragara Calel and granddaughter of prince Ragara, Leril is married to fellow Senator Ragara Bomgata and has mothered a brood of offspring over the centuries, including Ragara Dendas and Ragara Fernguli.

Leril's voting record shows her to be House loyalist, conservative when it comes to major legislative changes. Surprising to some, this includes opposing deregulation of banking and accounting, industries where she has significant personal interests.

For many centuries, Leril was considered to be the Matchmaker of House Ragara in the Imperial City, referred to in gossip as the 'Abacus of Rings' due to her concentration on assets and wealth in making matches and her willingness to entertain bids for Mayfly Marriages from the Patrician Clans. In more recent times, she seems to have surrendered the role to Ragara Storona, who takes a less commercial approach to matrimonial arrangements.
