Ragara Agares is an Earth-aspected Senator of House Ragara's Deliberative caucus, one of the three Triumvirs who lead it (along with Ragara Jintao and Ragara Leril. Within the caucus, Agares serves as the direct voice of Ragara Banoba, the two having been close allies since their younger years, well before the retirement of Prince Ragara.

In the Deliberative, Agares seeks to further the interests of House Ragara above all else, with many fellow legislators finding him inflexible in negotiations. When the stubborn Senator bends, it can be taken as a sign of Banoba's direct interest in the matter at hand.
