Peleps Jemonta is a mortal Dynast from a well-bred line of House Peleps. She attended primary school at the Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents (Class of RY749), where she was a lover and ally of Mnemon Savar and Mnemon Sukano, vocal in condemnation of 'outsider' children as unworthy. She attended secondary school at the Spiral Academy (graduate of RY761), after which she passed examinations to join the Thousand Scales, achieving the badge of the silver Pheasant. She currently serves in the Meticulous Administrators of Accredited Concurrences and Mercantile Contracts.
