A hereditary estate of the Tepet Tilis branch family in the Dynastic Kuwanan District, this villa is currently home to the household of Senator Tepet Tilis Chotei. It is a walled compound, over which jut the upper branches of cherry trees and the upper storeys of the central villa tower. The buildings are of light and airy construction, walls of white and roof tiles glazed sky blue, with guest rooms to house visiting Tepet dignitaries and their entourages, while the gardens are renowned for their golden grass and perfection of the pink-and-white blossoms after which the villa is named.

The Garden is frequently the site of poetry parties or salons, where Dynasts compete with each other to compose impromptu verse in traditional style. Amongst the most notable are the grand Cherry Blossom Gala, held annually in Ascending Air, and the gathering of the House Tepet Deliberative caucus to watch the Parade of Seven Shattered Helms in Ascending Wood.
