Description: A large gathering held by the Ministry of Imperial Gardens since the election of the Imperial Regent, where the nobles and bureaucrats of the Realm gather to demonstrate their continued devotion to the absent Scarlet Empress by renewing their oaths of loyalty. The courtyards of the palace are filled with those of appropriate rank, with Dynasts innermost before the Scarlet Palace, and even citizens and peasants attending peripherally on the street outside the Palace walls. Almost no notables residing in the City have yet dared to skip attendance, fearing a sudden return by the Empress, but there are some mutterings that it is a waste of time, and Immaculate opinion has warned that the event creeps closer and closer to improper worship.
