Our ministry prides itself on secure and speedy communications, certifying messengers and scribes to assure the Princes of the Earth that their words reach those meant to receive them, unfortunately, it has come to my attention that we have failed in our duty. A messenger certified by ouor ministry was found yesterday amidst the flifth of the low districts, consumed wth madness from an addiction to the juice of poppies. The clerk who certified such a worthless courier has been flogged across the fingers and dismissed. Unfortunately the courier's letter pouch was found, undelivered and soiled, but we have done our best to recover its contents and assure deliveries reach their recipients.
