Record of the Nineteen Shoguns
Tula the Elder’s Record of the Nineteen Shoguns is ostensibly an account of the reign of the first nineteen Shoguns of the Shogunate Era, as they consolidated their rule in the wake of the Anathema’s ouster and the departure of the Immaculate Dragons.
The text is banned in the Realm, due to the numerous deceptions found within the text by Imperial Censors and the Immaculate Order. Unlike Jalan Dai’s Fire Chronicle, many of these are considered subtle, with its subject matter containing truth but the perspective of whole text tainted by the Will of Hesiesh heresy in its descriptions.
Some historians have also objected to issues such as the list of nineteen Shoguns suffering from the absence of names which other records show held Shogunal power at Meru during the time period covered by the book.
