Fire Chronicle

Jalan Dai’s Fire Chronicle is an ancient text, dating from the early days after the Immaculate Dragons freed Creation from the Anathema. It purports to be a history of the founding of the Shogunate, but its lies are so flagrant that only the most ignorant of fools and barbarians could succumb, failing to offer any mention of the Five Immaculate Dragons and positing that the enlightened Dragonblooded had been subalterns to the foul Anathema before overthrowing them to take control of Creation. As the only purpose of such lies could be the weakening of righteous and correct Dragonblooded rule over Creation, the Immaculate Order has determined that ‘Jalan Dai’ surely numbered amongst the ranks of the Anathema, planting fragments of this text during the advance of the Immaculate Dragons to deceive future generations.

This text has been banned in the Realm, and through much of the Shogunate Era before it, with no known copies surviving due to the diligence of the Exalted and the Immaculate faithful.
