Peleps Miral is a junior Water-aspected Senator of the House Peleps Deliberative caucus, and a sorcerer trained at the Heptagram. During her school days (Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents Class of RY723) she earned the nickname ‘Bitter Frost’, and later in military and Thousand Scales service along the northern coast of the Blessed Isle the more elaborate ‘Ice Witch of Chanos’, due to her ice-cold demeanour and frigid mien. While cold winds and snow are oft thought to be signs of Mela’s aspect, Miral’s aspect expresses as the chill of icebergs cleaving through northern waters, and the imagery of her anima takes this course to its crashing conclusion.

Ruthlessly competitive and ambitious, Miral is known for underhanded trickery both on and off the Deliberative floor, and though new to the Deliberative some observe her vote seems cast more to win than for any cohesive strategy. While the daughter of Deliberators has good chance of ascent to Senatorial position herself, it is known that Miral’s parents did not approve of her bid to gain a seat while she was still so young, but the child outmaneuvered their attempts to stop her.
