Peleps Dafi is a Water-aspected Senator of the House Peleps Deliberative caucus. For many years Dafi served as a master of court intrigue for House Peleps within the walls of the Imperial Palace, having numerous connections across the Scarlet Dynasty and Thousand Scales. Though not possessed of significant holdings or commercial interests herself, Dafi is known to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle, and even her appointment as a Senator was considered a comfortable form of ‘retirement’.

Dafi’s voting record is generally conservative, supporting the primacy of the Great Houses (with the predictable exception of House V’neef), though many note that she also favours laws which seem to advantage her friends and confidantes. On the floor, Dafi feels no need to expend excessive energies on loud argument or brawling, but her web of contacts allows her to strike her opponents with calmly-delivered personal insults.
