Peleps Biss is a Senator of the House Peleps caucus. He served a time with the Imperial Navy, commanding the squadron that bombarded the shore during the Battle of Straw and Stone. In the Deliberative, he has a reputation for scrupulous honesty… but those who know him are well aware that this does not make him any less capable at politics and negotiation.

Biss was one of the senators involved in arranging the Council of the Empty Throne, which resulted in elevation of Tepet Fokuf to the rank of Imperial Regent.
