The Palace of Pirouetting Petals is situated on extensive grounds, bounded to the south by the Earth Dragon Road and to the west by Sentinel's Hearth. Its associated fields also extend east to nearly encircle the House of Noble Earth.

The Palace itself is located on the eastern side of the property, with most of the western area rented to tenant farmers for the growth of Marijuana bound for the incense burners and baked goods of the Imperial City. Etina has been increasing the rental fees she collects from her tenants to cover the costs of hosting large galas, due to decreases in House Cynis revenues elsewhere, and many tenants are barely earning enough to support themselves once rent is taken away.
