The House of Noble Earth is a manse-manor controlled by House Ragara, found on the outskirts of the Imperial City in the Scarlet Prefecture, on lands bordered to the south by the Earth Dragon Road, to the west and north by the Palace of Pirouetting Petals, and to the east by the Bountiful Gift Manor and its vineyards.

The manse itself is located entirely underground, beneath carefully arranged rock and sand gardens. A central atrium is open to the sky, from which a complex arrangement of mirrors illuminates the rest of the manse's chambers with the light of the Unconquered Sun during the day, and during the night with the light of a controlled Essence Vent.
