Mnemon Tarlok is a Senator of House Mnemon's Deliberative caucus and twin brother of Mnemon Sablok. He graduated the Spiral Academy and spent much of his youth serving as an accountant within the Thousand Scales, before appointment to the Senate.

He is known to have a dispute with his brother over the balance of loyalty, family, and faith, with Tarlok holding obedience to princess Mnemon above all. This is reflected in his voting record, though he is considered a seat-warmer with little legislation of note emerging on his own initiative.
