Mnemon Rubia is a Senator of House Mnemon's caucus in the Deliberative. A relatively young but ambitious legislator, Rubia's legislative record is one of support for the Immaculate Order and calls for reduction in the power and budget of the Thousand Scales. However, Rubia has proven more willing to compromise than many of her peers within the Mnemon caucus, and she is a fixture of City galas and salons where influence is traded.
