Mnemon Abalonshi is a Senator of the House Mnemon Deliberative caucus, and a House loyalist.

On the Deliberative floor, Abalonshi has long stood as an opponent of regulation, particularly those which 'needlessly afflict the Princes of the Earth and those who serve them with oceans of needless paperwork'. A particular target has been the Incorruptible Observers of Geomantic Harmony, and while the Imperial Treasury managed to preserve that bureau's existence Abalonshi ensured its funding has been so gutted as to end its normal operations.

A current legislative effort for which she works to build support is the Bill of Right and Proper Pursuits on the Path of Wisdom, which would see the Deliberative take control of decisions on where the student workforce of the Spiral Academy is assigned.
