Ledaal Levan is an elder Senator of the House Ledaal caucus in the Deliberative, easily identified on the floor or in city salons by the distinctive gemstone spectacles remaining perched precariously near the tip of his nose.

Unlike many in his caucus, Levan does not follow a strict Immaculate line, instead considering the Deliberative's role to be largely secular and religious matters to belong to the Palace Sublime. He has been a longtime supporter of efficiency in the Thousand Scales and Imperial Legions, stating that excessive funding without results-based review serves to make the Realm's bureaucracy & military forces weaker than they would be as a leaner, more streamlined force.
