Fruit Schnapps

Sweet alcoholic beverages made using seasonal fruits such as cherries, plums, peaches, or apples. On the Blessed Isle, while there is no monopoly on schnapps production, the bulk of it is under the control of House V'neef (due to shared infrastructure from their Imperial Monopoly on Grape Wine) and House Cynis (do to their readily-available labour force for orchard caretaking, from their Imperial Monopoly on the slave trade).

Schnapps is considered by more serious and martial Dynasts to be a distastefully foppish drink.
