Cathak Milen is a Senator of the House Cathak caucus in the Deliberative, husband of fellow Senator Ledaal Soreli and father to a household including Foreign Office official Ledaal Nafta & talonlord Ledaal Badfta of the 4th Imperial Legion.

In voting record, Milen is undistinguished and rather boring, preferring time spent on the hunt (usually Boar on Scarlet Prefecture hunting preserves but also including service as shikari for the Wyld Hunt) to time on the floor for debate and casting his vote. However, since the disappearance of the Scarlet Empress he has responded to pressure from caucus Chair Cathak Abel and maintained stable attendance for voting in the Senate.
