Cathak Macoya is a Senator of House Cathak's caucus in the Deliberative, and one of the more active legislators within that caucus.

In voting, Macoya has long supported the formation of Deliberative committees to investigate and govern the Realm directly without need for the ministers of the Thousand Scales. She has also pushed an agenda of Deliberative reform which would see more power and independence granted to individual Senators, and restrict the influence of House caucuses and factional blocs. Few humoured such ideas in previous times, but more recently some elder Senators have looked to limited forms of such reform as a means to dismember the Yellow Banner faction of House V'neef's caucus.
