Stone of Easy Breath

This opalescent, almond-shaped gemstone allows its bearer to breathe easily in any surroundings, no matter how difficult or impossible it might seem to do so. The bearer suffers no breathing difficulties in conditions such as such as smoke, toxic gases, being underwater, buried alive, or even in an airless vacuum… water, dirt, and disease-choked smoke cause no more ill-effect being breathed in than would fresh clean air. The bearer never needs to hold their breath, cannot drown nor suffocate, cannot be choked or strangled, and is immune to diseases, poisons, and other effects whose vector is inhalation (as well as symptoms of such things which cause breathing issues). The bearer still suffers penalties and restrictions to movement due to their location and surroundings, and has no protection from environmental extremes of temperature.

Savants consider the Stone of Easy Breath to be one of the five Stones of the Immaculate Body.
