Remembered Needle is a mortal citizen of the Realm, currently serving as a sage and technician within the 2nd Imperial Legion out of Vatamu. Needle was formerly a senior overseer of thaumaturges with the Bureau of Climactic Deliberations, before that institution released him after severe funding cuts. Without the support of the Thousand Scales, Needle found a history of secularist statements meant the Immaculate Order refused to declare him sufficiently pure to qualify for a thaumaturgy license from the Secretariat of Minor Charms and Baubles.
