Citizens of the East Ninth Ward,
Hide your daughters and your purses, for an evil storm approaches. For over seven centuries the noble 1st Legion has secured the Imperial City against all threats, but no longer. Taking advantage of the Empress' absence, greedy men and women have sold your City to the monsters of the 4th Legion, whose thirst for rape and loot knows no limits, under the leadership of the barbaric adopted outcaste Dochao. Trust not the lies of heroism spun by these villains, for they shall prove their unrighteousness beyond doubt. Crime shall be rampant, murders shall stain the streets with blood, the demonic and the monstrous shall roam free outside our homes.
But though we are pushed out, the soldiers of the Cathak Legions shall stand firm, protecting those who leave the City Walls from Death and Damnation!
