Peleps Morsa is an Earth-aspected Senator of the House Peleps Deliberative caucus. She is wed to a mortal patrician, Bretegani Naglen, whose age means they have long since ceased to add to their brood of offspring.

A graduate of the Heptagram, and a sorcerer-engineer of the Kinetropic School, Morsa spent her military service overseeing Magitech equipment amongst the Imperial Legions, spending most of her time in the Threshold before returning to the Isle. Rare amongst sorcerer-engineers, Morsa is known to be a woman of devout Immaculate faith, and after she had openly stated the need for stronger Immaculate devotion within the Legions the Scarlet Empress elevated her to the Senate with the blessings of the Order.

As a legislator, Senator Morsa casts her vote according to her faith, and in debate often delivers point and counterpoint by way of quotations from the Immaculate Texts. She has openly stated that, in the absence of the Scarlet Empress, the Mouth of Peace is the most worthy being to take up the reins of government, a position which has earned her clear enmity from much of the House Mnemon caucus.
