Peleps Ilithe is a middle-aged Water-aspected Senator of the House Peleps Deliberative caucus, hailing from the household of Peleps Febaris and Peleps Taxin. Ilithe was well regarded in her career with the Air Fleet, and amongst her accomplishments she is known to have slain the great Behemoth Ebiraa and led her naval squadron to repel a Fair Folk incursion which threatened the Islands of the Sky.

On the floor of the Deliberative, senator Ilithe has a generally neutral legislative record, but has long stood against the degeneration of debate into brawling, holding that the Senate is a place for battles of rhetoric not of fists. This was unpopular with many Senators, particularly Cathak Jareng, but after the death of senator Tepet Serekan at the hands of senator V’neef Lucen, the mood of the Deliberative shifted and Ilithe was elected to the post of Guardian in the Election of Officers RY764, holding the post ever since. Her performance is generally considered respectable, though as worries fade with the passage of time increasing numbers of Senators feel her frequent intervention to stop brawls from escalating are heavy-handed and stifling legitimate physical argument.
