Ledaal Mularin is a Senator of the House Ledaal caucus in the Deliberative, wed to fellow Senator Cynis Walawa. The pair keep chambers in the Cynis Wing of the Imperial Palace, and a summer home at the Lascivious Grove manse in rural Pangu, though Senator Mularin also keeps offices and salon chambers in the Ledaal Wing.

While not considered a remarkable orator, Mularin is known to be a capable politician, and his legislative record shows him as a loyalist to the Scarlet Empress, consistently casting his vote to further the agendas she supported or counter bills seen as counter to her interests. In the years since her disappearance, this loyalty has not faded, and while others in the Realm have begun to discuss matters of succession more openly he continues to hold firm to the line that the Empress will soon return.

Mularin was particularly critical of the Council of the Empty Throne, and continues to decry the ineptitude of Imperial Regent Tepet Fokuf.
