The Tower of Guiding Waves is a lighthouse-manse located on the rocky coast of Chanos Prefecture. It consists of a central tower housing living chambers and armouries, topped by the lighthouse flame and lookout posts, all surrounded by a wall atop which can be mounted ballistae and other siege weapons to defend against attack. Below the structure is a small harbour defended by fortified breakwaters, stairs rising to connect it with the main tower.
The Tower of Guiding Waves serves as headquarters for the Ragara-controlled 14th Imperial Legion, and the small harbour provides base for the transport vessels assigned to the Legion.
