The Tower of Guiding Waves is a lighthouse-manse located on the rocky coast of Chanos Prefecture. It consists of a central tower housing living chambers and armouries, topped by the lighthouse flame and lookout posts, all surrounded by a wall atop which can be mounted ballistae and other siege weapons to defend against attack. Below the structure is a small harbour defended by fortified breakwaters, stairs rising to connect it with the main tower.
The Tower of Guiding Waves is under care of House Ragara and serves as headquarters for the Ragara-controlled 14th Imperial Legion, the small harbour providing base for the increasing fleet of transport vessels assigned to the Legion.
