Vigorous Strength is a mortal Realm citizen, serving as a technician in the Special Operations Talon of the 2nd Imperial Legion out of Vatamu. Vigorous Strength was originally trained as a thaumaturge-technician for service to the Bureau of Climatic Deliberations within the Thousand Scales, but was dismissed from that post following severe cutbacks to that ministry, after which she took a position in the Legions. She is known as a perfectionist and a practitioner of the Melaist Heresy.
