In the Deliberative and at the Imperial Court he has a well-deserved reputation for his obstinacy and hardline views, seeking to keep the ranks of the Thousand Scales and Imperial Legions unsullied by commoners or members of the Patrician Clans, towards whom he is strongly disparaging. Senator Storom once filibustered to delay a bill for 25 hours while fighting off rioting opponents on the floor of the Deliberative, managing to keep talking for the duration while punching the waves of Senators seeking to silence him.
