Tepet Sakada was a mortal Dynast and Legion officer, son of senators Tepet Katsue and Ragara Nemens. He was elder brother to Tepet Corvus and Tepet Elana.
As a child Sakada was considered a skilled Gateway player, though he was never able to best the Exalted prodigies who tend to dominate the Isle’s Gateway circuits. He pursued a career in the Imperial Legions, rising to the rank of winglord in the 47th Imperial Legion stationed in Harbourhead.
Sakada was killed in the Battle of Ten Days’ Tears, and official histories hold him responsible for the losses and difficulties which resulted from that campaign, perhaps due to his advanced age as he was nearing time for retirement despite doses of analgesic medicines.
