Peleps Biss is a Senator of the [[House Peleps]] caucus. He served a time with the Imperial Navy, commanding the squadron that bombarded the shore during the [[Battle of Straw and Stone]]. In the Deliberative, he has a reputation for scrupulous honesty… but those who know him are well aware that this does not make him any less capable at politics and negotiation.
