The Department of Proper Passage through Heavenly Ways is an office of the [[Celestial Bureaucracy]], under the [[Department of Celestial Concern]]’s [[Division of Divine Order]]. 


The Department of Proper Passage has two key responsibilities: to guard the most important sites in Heaven such as the [[Jade Pleasure Dome]] and the palaces of the [[Incarna]]e, and to do the same for the [[Gates of Heaven]]. It is headed by a Legate, the [[Celestial Lion]] who directly oversees the defenses of the Pleasure Dome, currently [[Radiant Narasin]], along with a host of [[Celestial Lion]] Guardians, [[Lion Dog]] Sentries, and [[Scarab Guardian]]s.
