Department of Proper Passage through Heavenly Ways

The Department of Proper Passage through Heavenly Ways is an office of the Celestial Bureaucracy, under the Department of Celestial Concern’s Division of Divine Order.

The Department of Proper Passage has two key responsibilities: to guard the most important sites in Heaven such as the Jade Pleasure Dome and the palaces of the Incarnae, and to do the same for the Gates of Heaven. It is headed by a Legate, the Celestial Lion who directly oversees the defenses of the Pleasure Dome, currently Radiant Narasin, along with a host of Celestial Lion Guardians, Lion Dog Sentries, and Scarab Guardians.
