The Rampart of Outstanding Performance is a small manse of [[Rampart Unmoving]] design, located in the [[Scarlet Prefecture to the north of the [[Earth Dragon Road]] and west of [[Sentinel's Hearth]]. Once a base used by patrols of the [[3rd Imperial Legion]], the manse's caretaker [[House V'neef]] has recently  begun the work of transforming what were once the orchards of tenant farmers into a new vineyard for supplying the thirsty galas of the [[Imperial City]]. This task has fallen to a battalion of slaves under oversight of hearthstone bearer [[V’neef Asellas]].
