The Rampart of Outstanding Performance is a small manse of Rampart Unmoving design, located in the [[Scarlet Prefecture to the north of the Earth Dragon Road and west of Sentinel's Hearth. Once a base used by patrols of the 3rd Imperial Legion, the manse's caretaker House V'neef has recently begun the work of transforming what were once the orchards of tenant farmers into a new vineyard for supplying the thirsty galas of the Imperial City. This task has fallen to a battalion of slaves under oversight of hearthstone bearer V'neef Asellas.
