The House of Noble Earth is a manse-manor controlled by [[House Ragara]], found on the outskirts of the [[Imperial City]] in the [[Scarlet Prefecture]], on lands bordered to the south by the [[Earth Dragon Road]], to the west and north by the [[Palace of Pirouetting Petals]], and to the east by the [[Bountiful Gift Manor]] and its vineyards.

The manse itself is located entirely underground, beneath carefully arranged rock and sand gardens. A central atrium is open to the sky, from which a complex arrangement of mirrors illuminates the rest of the manse's chambers with the light of the [[Unconquered Sun]] during the day, and during the night with the light of a controlled [[[Essence Vent]].
