Cynis Wisel Lyhisa is a Senator of the [[House Cynis]] caucus in the Deliberative. And a sister of [[V'neef Chosul]], husband of Princess [[V'neef]]. Senator Lyhisa's breeding is impeccable, though the politics between her brother and House Cynis strain her own family relationships and lessen her once-strong influence in House matchmaking.  


On the floor of the Senate, Lyhisa is considered a House loyalist, though one who has also shown support for the causes of [[House V'neef]] when they do not run counter to those of House Cynis. Closely linked to this, she has ever been a firm voice in support of the [[Imperial Monopolies]] as inviolable even in the time of the [[Administrative Question]]. 


Lyhisa has also raised concerns about the drop in funding for the [[Office of the Divine Elemental Essence]], which she holds as vital to tracking family trees and maintaining proper bloodlines.
