War (Ability)

The War ability is the ability which covers fighting with soldiers, from the tactics of patrols to the strategies of armies. It can be used to direct military forces, to assess enemy forces and the military significance of terrain, and to plan strategies for long-term conflict. It is also used for playing a number of 'war games', including Kayago and the famed Dynastic game of Gateway.

While inspiration and leadership are expressed through other abilities such as Presence (Ability), War includes ability to command troops, and while the logistics of military operations fall under Bureaucracy (Ability) the organization of combat units falls under War.
