Sub-Minister of Prayer

The title ‘Sub-Minister of Prayer’ is a grandiose term for the minor divinities whose task is to distribute prayer and salary within Yu Shan, serving within the Division of Salary and Quintessence Distribution of the Bureau of Heaven's Department of Celestial Concerns, under the Psychopomp of Prayer Parsai. Though the Sub-Ministers are not individually powerful, and large-scale fraud would be quickly uncovered, their job (handling as it does the flow of Ambrosia and Quintessence) is one which provides constant opportunity for minor corruption and petty revenge, acts which almost all of these gods indulge in with great frequency.
