Sub-Minister of Accommodation

The Sub-Ministers of Accommodation are the the minor divinities whose task is to regulate the various land deeds, municipal ordinances, and property laws of Yu-shan, serving within the Division of Eperopolic Affairs of the Bureau of Heaven’s Department of Celestial Concerns, under Daimyo Cheng Huang Ye. Though the Sub-Ministers are not individually powerful, and large-scale fraud would be quickly uncovered, their job is one which provides constant opportunity for minor corruption and petty revenge.
