Sesus Alon Tabana is a middle-aged, Fire-Aspected Senator of the House Sesus Deliberative caucus. Tabana is known to have a finger in many political and commercial pies in both the Imperial City and the western coast of the Blessed Isle, often found to be absent from the floor for long stretches as she concentrated on Eagle Prefecture affairs.

However, when present on the floor Tabana’s ambition is well-recognized, having pushed a number of pieces of legislation over the years including calls for expansive Naval operations to suppress piracy off the Western coast (popular with House Sesus and House Peleps, though not with House Ledaal), repair initiatives for the lesser road systems of the interior Blessed Isle (applauded by militarist Houses but decried as wasteful by his own House and those of Mnemon and Cynis), and most recently, just preceding the disappearance of the Scarlet Empress, expansion of the Imperial Heliograph system to reach smaller townships across all corners of the Isle (well-regarded by House Ragara and House Peleps, but opposed by the more religiously-inclined Houses).
